If you are looking for big tire clearance on your squarebody and you aren't afraid to cut, these tube fender supports are the ticket! Sold as a set, you will receive two 1.75" 0.120 wall tubes with the proper compound bends to align with the cut fender.
We recommend using the tube as a guide to cut your fender. We bend the tube with about 6" extra tube so that you can cut the ends to your particular set-up. You will need to relocate your turn signal lamp. (see pics) These tubes will be shipped bare steel and will need to be welded to your fender. We recommend stitch welding. Use seam sealer if you want to make it look nicer.
These were developed for the HBW M1009 CUCV and they work great for supporting the cut sheetmetal. They also prevent your expensive tires from being cut by sharp sheetmetal! Added bonus, you can rub these on the rocks without totally crushing your "fender"

Note 1: These are NOT a bolt on solution. You will need to significantly cut your fenders. You will not be able to use a stock inner fender.
