CUCV alternator pulley. Sounds simple enough, but a proper replacement is near impossible to find, until now! We searched for years for a properly sized pulley. Pulleys available are either the wrong diameter causing belt issues or don't fit the shaft of the alternator.
Solution:
We sourced a quality production pulley and CNC machined to be a perfect match to the CUCV. Our pulley is machined, not weak stamped steel like the factory style.
